These worked okay.

This product seems okay overall. My dog had no issues eating them and seemed to like the taste, which is a plus.I haven’t noticed a huge difference in his day-to-day behavior, so I can’t say they’ve made a big impact on his anxiety. That said, I did give them to him before a grooming appointment, and he handled it really well, so they may have helped in that situation.Overall, it might work better for some dogs than others. Not a miracle solution for us, but still worth trying for occasional use.

Good

These dog calming chews come in a 90 count pack and feature a peanut butter flavor that is easy for most dogs to enjoy. Formulated with L-theanine, chamomile, valerian, and melatonin, they provide natural support for reducing anxiety and stress in dogs of all breeds. The soft chew form makes them simple to administer, and they appear to work well for calming effects. Good value for money, they are a practical option for managing everyday stress and anxious behavior.

Calming Treats

I like the mix of calming ingredients in this product, as I use many of the same ones in the tea I drink for sleep. These have a nice, fresh smell and hold their shape well. My picky dog will eat these as a treat, but they can also be easily mixed into a meal. These do have a calming effect on my dog, so I dose as needed. For example, if we're going to the vet, I'll dose on the upper recommended range. Overall, these work and it's a nice product.

Effective and tasty calming treats.

I decided to try the SNIFF ‘N’ CHOMP Dog Calming Chews for my anxious pups who get especially worked up during storms, when we leave the house, and worst of all , fireworks. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with the results.Within about 30–45 minutes of giving them the recommended dose, I noticed they were much more relaxed but not groggy or “out of it.” They were still playful and alert, just not pacing, whining, or hyper focused on every little noise. During a recent thunderstorm (which usually sends my big male dog into full panic mode), he stayed calm enough to rest on his bed instead of hiding and shaking. The chews are soft and easy to break in half, which makes dosing simple. Even better, he actually likes the taste and takes them like a treat, no hiding them in peanut butter required.I also appreciate that the ingredients are geared toward natural calming support rather than heavy sedatives. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can use them situationally for travel, vet visits, or fireworks. The treats work because the main and largest ingredient is melatonin.Overall, these have been a great addition to our routine. If you have a dog with mild to moderate anxiety, I’d definitely recommend giving SNIFF ‘N’ CHOMP Dog Calming Chews a try.

Peanut butter flavored Dogs Calming Chews

This is my first time trying a calming supplement for my Pomeranian. He tends to get anxious when we leave the house or when he has to stay alone in his room, so I’ve been looking for something gentle to help take the edge off without making him overly sleepy. The chews are soft and peanut butter flavored, which is usually a favorite in our house. They are a nice manageable size for a small breed. The container is well sealed and the chews look fresh.I appreciate that this formula includes ingredients like L-theanine, chamomile, valerian root, and melatonin, which are commonly used for stress support. Since this is our first time using anything like this, I plan to test it while I’m home to see how he responds before using it during longer absences. So far, this is a hopeful first impression. I’m looking forward to seeing if it helps him feel more relaxed and secure when we’re not around. I’ll update after we’ve had more time to use it.

Works well at least for smaller dogs

I only tested this with my small dog and it's definitely a great help for his high energy. He's normally a bit of a menace to our other dogs and terrorizes them. This seems like it basically brought him back down to a normal level instead of a hyper menace. It doesn't seem like it's acting like sedation but literally calming his nerves and hyper active behavior. It definitely smells very weird and pungent to me but he seems to like them. It took him a second to realize it was actually something to eat. I'm definitely going to be buying more of these in the future because having him feeling less anxious is worth every penny.

Less Pacing and My Pittie Enjoys the Taste

If your dog gets that anxious look the second you grab your keys, these are definitely worth a shot. My pit bull gets really stressed when her "big sister" leaves for work, and while I can't say for 100% certainty it’s just the treats, she’s definitely been calmer and more settled during the morning goodbye. The peanut butter flavor is a huge win, my dog actually thinks these are treats, so there's no struggling to hide a pill in a piece of cheese. They’re super soft, too, which is nice if your dog is a bit picky about textures.

Great as Treats, Mixed Results on Relaxation

I’ve been giving these to my dog at night for several days, and while I can’t say I’ve noticed any real calming effect, she absolutely loves them as a treat. There hasn’t been any noticeable change in her sleep or activity level, but by the same token, I can’t say they aren’t helping - just nothing obvious so far (the dog is 9 now, and not super energetic any longer anyway). As treats, they’re a hit. As a calming aid, the results are still unclear. Still, the dog enjoys them, and they’re worth trying if you’re curious, but for the price I'm not sure it is a great value.

Effective AF

We tried the SNIFF ‘N’ CHOMP calming chews for our dog Emory, and let’s just say… we’ll be attaching a photo of the very relaxed “victim.” Peanut butter flavor is a win in our house — no bribing required. He takes them like they’re a regular treat. We’ve used these during higher-stress times and they definitely take the edge off without making him weird or out of it. He just settles down, relaxes, and eventually melts into the couch like a warm loaf of bread. Exactly what we were hoping for.I appreciate that they include ingredients like L-theanine, chamomile, valerian, and melatonin. It feels like a thoughtful blend rather than just a random mix thrown together. The soft chews are easy to break in half if needed and don’t crumble everywhere.Overall, they’ve been a solid addition to our routine when Emory needs a little extra help calming down. Clearly effective… signed, his nap schedule.

Takes the Edge Off Without Knocking My Dog Out

My beagle tends to live at two speeds: dead asleep or full-on rabbit-chasing chaos, so I was looking for something that could help her find a middle ground. These calming chews actually do that. They take the edge off her nervous energy without making her groggy or “out of it,” which was my main concern after using a prescription sedative in the past. The peanut butter flavor must be convincing because she eats them without hesitation. At about 40 pounds, one chew seems to be enough to help her settle and stay more relaxed. I’ve noticed less pacing and a smoother transition during stressful moments. Overall, these feel like a gentler, more natural option for everyday calm without changing her personality.

Natural herbs that soothe and calm your pet when they’re feeling anxious. They work.

I am so glad I found these. Truly. Our little girl, Sero gets very nervous hearing loud noises. And during storms. And when we have company. When the blower starts…I mean…she’s very laid back until one of those things occurs and she shakes uncontrollably, she begs to be held, or she runs - no care for which direction. Sometimes she does all 3 so I know it’s horrifying for her. Last night it stormed. I didn’t wait around, I gave her a chewie. I wasn’t sure what to expect so we kept an eye on her to make sure she didn’t react badly. She was fine. She was great actually. It wasn’t a sudden shift, more like a gradual relaxation and I wasn’t able to watch it happen in real time but she absolutely calmed down and handled the storm like a champ. I was impressed and relieved. This morning this little thing marched into the laundry room and basically demanded a chewie. I couldn’t figure out what she wanted, I was offering up all the usuals and she wasn’t having it. Walk water outside snack All no. I finally reached for the calming chews and she got excited! Like what? Seriously? So I gave her one and she was fine. She went about her business. I can’t decide if she was after the flavor or the effect but we are now calling it her Xanny. The ingredients are top notch. It’s essentially a compressed tablet of vitamins that taste like peanut butter. There is Chamomile, known to have calming properties, melatonin to stop their racing thoughts, valerian root, etc…I feel good about giving this to her though I do think she likes it a little too much so I’m gonna start giving her 1/2 at a time. This is worthy of auto ship. I’ve never been so satisfied with a product like this and our Sero is gonna have a much easier April.

Calm and sleepy

My dogs really like these peanut butter calming chews. In fact the big corgi likes to try and bully the others into giving their treats over because he likes them so much. I like that they have naps not long after. These little bites help to get them relaxed and not so “barky” all the time. I give them each one when I have a client call. Or want to watch a movie undisturbed. Or when they are driving me crazy. They get a lot of treats (kidding!). Seriously these work very well on our 20lb doxie and our 40 and 50lb corgis, just one bite and they are really mellow.

Our dogs went bonkers for these!

We have been giving our rescue mutts calming + cognition bites from a competing brand for years. The first time we broke these out I thought they were going to do backflips. Gotta be the peanut butter flavor vs chicken for the other brand. The ingredient list is pretty incredible. I personally take several of these supplements including passion flower, tryptophan, valerian root and melatonin. Very cool to see they are using proven natural supplements. They also have chamomile, passion flower, ginger root and vitamin B1. These might even be better than my current supplement stack ha! Recommend starting with half a chew per the instructions. Otherwise, you might have some sleepy dogs if they are not used to it. These absolutely get my seal of endorsement. Definitely give these a shot if you are looking to a natural alternative to big pharma-type medications.

Calming Chews

Got these for a little Shitzu (No Pun Intended), because he gets severe separation anxiety when his dad leaves the house. He howls and cries all day, like he's scared he'll never come back. So, sometimes we give him these when we know he'll be gone for a long time, and they do seem to calm him down. He doesn't seem to be overjoyed at the taste, but he eats anything, so he will go now then down. Have only tried it a few times, so I don't have long term results yet, but I'll update with any new developments.

Natural ingredients.

These calming treats work well without a sedative effect. The ingredients are natural nutrients and herbs with no negative effects. My dogs love the taste and I feel comfortable using them daily for my high strung dog.

My dogs love them!

My dogs love these peanut flavored calming chews! They truly believe they are a treat. So I would say they taste good according to my fur babies. I believe they are good quality because of the ingredients. I do think these chews do work and calm my dogs a bit. I feel like I’ll know more closer to 4th of July. That’s when they really get nervous! But the size of these are perfect and you get a lot! The price is good too.
